Pretty sure I have a solid job lined up so now it's time to start looking for an apartment in NY!
Here are some of my priorities; I'm looking for something in Brooklyn or Queens.
I want something for <$1000 a month. I'm a homebody and enjoy having company, so I want a place that feels like home (this is incredibly important)! I wouldn't mind having a roommate. I would like a sizeable kitchen because I enjoy cooking and don't think I'll have money to eat out often. If I do have roommates, I'd prefer to be close with them and not feel any tension. I need fast internet; no negotiation!
I will update when I get the offer from this job, which should be by the end of the week (if I get it!).
